Wrap-up July // in which there is not much to wrap up

Hey, guys!

Haven’t heard much from me this month, have you? Well, yes. There is a reason for that beyond mere lack of motivation, so I’ll get to that in a bit. I still managed to read some books, so the entire month was not completely hopeless.

♣️ There was a flood in my city. While I don’t really know anymore why I didn’t post anything in the first two weeks of the month, I can tell you what happened two weeks ago. Which was that there was a flood. Pray, I’m very lucky not to live in Germany. I’m sure you have seen those pictures on the news. My heart goes out for those people.
I could tell you long and wide what exactly happened, about all the water and the fear, the damage and the aftermath but let me just tell you that I was very lucky and that the cleanup was rather extensive, so I didn’t have much time for reading.
